What we built, why we chose it, and what we learned.

The problem and constraints

A resume score alone rarely helps a candidate decide what to change. The useful job was broader: accept a private document, compare it with role context, explain gaps without inventing experience, and give the candidate practical material for the next application.

The workflow also had to protect uploaded documents, keep private reports away from search engines and advertising, and remain understandable for a fresher using the product on a phone.

Decisions that shaped the build

• Separate public guidance pages from authenticated uploads and reports.
• Treat AI output as structured suggestions grounded in resume and job-description evidence.
• Generate cover letters and LinkedIn outreach only from information the candidate supplied.
• Keep expert career guidance visible as an optional human service, not a hidden upsell.

What the product now supports

The resulting product connects account verification, secure upload, report generation, role-focused recommendations, downloadable output, cover-letter drafting, outreach messages, history, and expert support in one journey.

The most important outcome is not a decorative score. It is a prioritized explanation of what the candidate can improve now, what requires stronger evidence, and which claims must remain truthful.

The problem and constraints

Technical articles often assume too much context or become long collections of commands. Let’s Learn needed a clearer hierarchy so a fresher could understand the fault model while an experienced support engineer could jump directly to evidence, commands, risk, and interview framing.

The platform also had to support articles, subjects, chapters, topics, quizzes, downloads, videos, comments, and AI guidance without making public pages wait for live model responses.

Decisions that shaped the build

• Use a subject-to-chapter-to-topic tree that stays visible while a learner reads.
• Keep the core article server-rendered and cache AI Perspective content separately.
• Pair commands with interpretation, risk level, and a verification step.
• Review uploaded community notes before they enter the public download library.

What the product now supports

The learning portal now combines a subject index, topic-wise reader, troubleshooting roadmap, module quizzes, downloadable notes, video playlists, article publishing, and a study assistant. Mobile navigation becomes a drawer while the article remains the primary surface.

The content model can explain a topic at more than one level. A Linux pressure article, for example, introduces load, CPU time, I/O wait, available memory, swap, and OOM evidence before presenting remediation commands.

The problem and constraints

Billing, retail, clinic, and operations teams often start with spreadsheets, messaging threads, and individual knowledge. Replacing them all at once creates risk because the business may not yet agree on item names, approvals, correction rules, or which data is authoritative.

The product challenge is therefore not simply to build more screens. It is to identify one reliable transaction, preserve the controls people need, and give owners a way to reconcile the new system with current operations.

Decisions that shaped the build

• Start with representative transactions and named data owners.
• Make roles, edits, cancellations, exports, and exceptional cases visible during discovery.
• Release modules in phases instead of treating ERP scope as a single launch.
• Test reports against business decisions, not only database output.

What the product now supports

Axein’s BillingPro, HealthCare+, IndustryERP, and RetailPOS models share a workflow-first approach while keeping domain-specific controls separate. Billing requires numbering, taxes, payments, and correction behavior; retail adds stock movement and shift reconciliation; healthcare requires stronger access boundaries; ERP depends on master-data ownership and adoption.

This approach creates a clearer path from discovery to pilot, validation, training, and broader rollout. It also makes limitations visible before customization begins.
